Yes you can wash the brushroll manually.
Can I wash the chargeing base?
The charging base cannot be washed, water entring charging base may cause malfunction, please use mop to clean the charging base.
Can I wash the clean water tank?
Yes you can wash clean water tank.
Can I wash the floorhead?
The floorhead cannot be washed, water entring floorhead may cause malfunction, please use cleaning brush comes with the product or mop to clean the floorhead.
Can I wash the HEPA filter?
Yes you can wash the HEPA filter. Please make sure it is dry before you use it again.
Can it work on wooden floor?
JIMMY vacuum and washer is suitable for all sealed hard floors, including hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, marble and linoleum.
Can the battery only be charged on machine
PW11 series battery can be charged separately. The charger is the same as JIMMY JV51/JV53/JV53 Lite charger. You can also order the charger from our store.
Can the entire air path be dried?
Yes the entire air path can be dried. The first 0.5 hour is full air path drying and the next 2.5 hours is silent floorhead drying.
Does it come with the solution?
It comes with one bottle of 480ml cleaning solution.
Does it have a detachable tool for a vacuuming furniture?
