Does the product has HEPA filter?
Yes the product has HEPA filter. PW11 series HEPA filter is located in handheld dust cup.
How can I change voice language?
JIMMY PW11 series has five language voice. You can press voice button to choose the language. Default language is English.
How can I turn off drying function?
When product is under drying, if you think it is too noisy, you can press on/off button to enter into silent drying mode or press mode button to turn off drying.
How can I turn off self cleaning?
When product is under self cleaning, you can press on/off button or mode button to turn it off.
How can I turn off voice?
You can turn off or turn on voice by long pressing the voice button for over 3 seconds. But it is not recommned to turn off voice as it will remind you about how to use the product correctly.
How long can the product work after each charge?
PW11 series working time on carpet is about 40 minutes on floor and about 20 minutes on carpet. It is recommended to use Auto mode as in this mode the cleaner will adjust working power basing on floor cleanness to balance working time and suction power. You can buy an extra battery to double working time.
How long does it take to dry the brushroll?
The drying takes totally 3 hours. The first 0.5 hour is full air path drying and the next 2.5 hours is silent floorhead drying.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery.
How often should you purchase a new brushroll and filter?
The brushroll need to be replaced once it's worn out or when its cleaning effect greatly drops. And the HEPA filter is needed to be replaced around 3 to 6 months or when it is worn out.
