Is it safe to use on hardwood floors? It won’t release too much water?
JIMMY vacuum and washer does floor washing and wiping at the same time, which leaves the floor as dry as possible after washing and wiping. It is very safe to be used on all types of indoor sealed floors inlcuding sealed wood floor, tile, vinyl, laminate, linoleum, marble, and more.
Is there a vacuum only setting or is it vacuum and wash everytime?
It can do vacuum only. If you want to vacuum without washing, you can press self cleaning button for 3 seconds to turn off auto water spray function until auto water spray sign on LED screen is off.
The handheld vacuum cleaner does not have voice when I use it separately.
The speak is located on the mainbody, not on the handheld vacuum cleaner. So when the handheld vacuum is used separately there is no voice.
The LED screens show 100% power after charging but when I use the product it only shows 40.
The LED screnn show battery power percentage during charging and left working minutes during working.
The product has Floor, Carpet and Auto mode, which one should I use?
It is recommended to use Carpet mode only when clean carpet and Auto or Floor mode on floor. When cleaning hard floor, if you want longest working time, we recommend Floor mode, if you want better cleaning efficiency then we recommend Auto mode as in this mode the vacuum power will adjust automatically basing on floor cleaness.
There are some water entering dust cup of handheld vacuum. Is that a problem?
There will be few water entering dust cup of the handheld vacuum when the product is layed flat to clean bed or safe underneath, it is normal if the water amount is few. If there is too much water entering dust cup, please send us video for checking.
To wash or wet mopping the floor do I need to press manual water spray button?
JIMMY vacuum and washer PW11 series sprays water automatically to front brushroll. Only if there is much or tough messes on floor, you will need to press manual water spray button to spray more water to wash tough messes.
What department size is the product suitable for?
With up to 40 minute runtime on floor mode, PW11 series is suitable for medium to large sized homes and apartments. You can also buy an additional battery to double the working time and cleaning size.
What is the hot air temperature during drying?
Hot air drying temperature is about 60℃.
