Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

At JIMMY UAE, we want you to shop with confidence. We take pride in the quality of our products and great customer service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product received is defective, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in new condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase

Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, missing original packaging, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification and approval, we will arrange a replacement with the same model, an equivalent model, or a refund as applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Non-defective returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 7 days, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with complete original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Both delivery and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns of opened or used products are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons
  • If an opened product is considered for return, it will be subject to inspection by our customer service team, who reserve the right to decline the return. If approved, a restocking fee of 15% will apply

How to Return

Returns can be made in store at the applicable AMIT Care store location, or as instructed by our customer support team. Customers must provide the original invoice, or proof of purchase to complete any return, exchange, or refund request.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 

14 working days through the original payment method.

Please note that delivery is non-refundable for Change-of-Mind Returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Products are not eligible for return if:

  • The product has visible scratches, damage, used, or missing accessories
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Cancellations after order fulfilment and dispatch are subject to further approval — please contact our customer service team immediately.

Governing Law

All transactions and disputes shall be governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Your invoice and successful completion of payment constitute acceptance of this policy.
